BREAKFAST FOR ENERGY AND HEALTH

Why Eating Breakfast is Important?

When you wake up in the morning after going 10 - 12 hours without food, your energy reserves are low and your body and brain need fuel. What you choose to eat for breakfast can affect your mood, physical and mental performance, weight and your general and long-term health.

What our body needs:

What you ate yesterday consisted of two major groups of nutrients:

The first group supplied energy (proteins, fats, carbohydrates).

The second group supplied building material (proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, micro-elements and many others).

You expended energy yesterday, whilst you were awake and active, and while you were asleep last night your body used up all the building material to regenerate itself. So you would have nothing left when you woke up this morning!

Our body wakes up in the morning needing to replenish what it used up yesterday, so on behalf of 100 trillion cells begs you, "Hey, I need more of those 114 nutrients and energy food which I used up yesterday!"

Now here is the big question - in answer to its plea - What do you give your body in the morning? Remember all our bodies wake up in the morning 'empty' with normal sugar level. What we decide to eat for breakfast, will determine what will happen to our blood sugar level for the rest of the day.

Carbs-Based Breakfast:

In the morning, simple carbohydrates (sugary refined cereals, white breads, toasts, etc.) cause an immediate surge of blood sugar level which results in the body over compensating for the extra sugar load, the excess is converted and stored as fat. The result is a decreased level of blood sugar and a thirst for more carbs. This cycle too much carbs and the body over compensating repeats itself 2-3 more times during the day. This vicious cycle constitutes one of the reasons for the development of other major health challenges and extra weight.

When you skip breakfast, blood sugar drops below the normal level, you experience cravings for food and a drop in energy. You are again tempted to revert to simple carbohydrates to achieve a quick surge of energy. Simple carbohydrates will cause an immediate surge of blood sugar level followed by the body compensating for the extra sugar load. Excess sugar turns into fat. Then this cycle repeats itself 2-3 more times during the day. This vicious cycle constitutes one of the reasons for the development of other major health challenges and extra weight.

This is the reason for weight gain, high blood pressure and heart disease, taking its place with diabetes as the fastest growing lifestyle diseases in the world and it all starts with a BAD BREAKFAST.

Well, by now, you would like to know what a good breakfast is supposed to be, wouldn't you?

The Balanced Breakfast:

Your first meal in the morning should meet these four main criteria:

1. Replace the energy that was consumed yesterday, when you were active.

2. Provide the body with all the nutrients used during the night.

3. Replenish the water stock.

4. Maintain the energy levels within the normal range

With a Balanced Breakfast you keep your blood sugar levels in the normal range and so the insulin levels remain with in the normal ranges.

The big question is "Where can you get such a breakfast?"

There are great idea's in numerous publications for a healthy breakfast, but in today's fast paced world, it's not easy to prepare a balanced breakfast that meets the four major criteria for a healthy breakfast if you don't have much time in the morning. You can see now that what we've been conditioned to accept as a good breakfast is predominantly carbohydrate - what happened to the water, protein, vitamins and minerals?

Our Company has just developed a new Good Breakfast Program, which helps the body with the above mentioned problems:

1. Provides the body with all the vital nutrients and water

2. Provides more energy from proteins and not all from carbohydrates

3. Balances the body's energy levels

Besides, this program helps:

· The body's natural self-cleansing process

· Improve absorption of the food we eat all day

· Maintain water balance during the day.

You can't even imagine how much better you'll feel during the day when you have our Balanced Breakfast.

Would you like to take this wonderful breakfast, be healthy and be paid for it?
